Literature Text

Landon, Duke of York,
He had ten thousand men,
He marched them up to the top of the hill
and sank his fangs in them.

When they were up they were running,
when they were down they were dead
and when they were only halfway up
they'd risen as undead.
This is a parody of 'The Grand Old Duke of York' nursery rhyme that my brother and I made up years ago for Halloween.
